No returns or exchanges (all sales are final)

Luxurth prides itself in the quality of its products, therefore we do not accept returns on items because a customer changed their mind. Each product is made by hand and prices based on time and materials. 

Damages and issues
While we do not do returns in exchange for refunds if an items arrives damaged we allow customers 24 hours to request a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
