Shipping and Handling
All orders are made to order. I craft each order from scratch by hand. Shipping times vary depending on the product. The time is based on how long shipping takes for materials which can range from 1-2 weeks and then the time to create each piece and get it to you. This process can take 3-4 weeks not including holidays or weekends.
Shipping emails will be sent at the time of shipment and order confirmation is sent at the time of purchase.
Please contact me if you have any questions or need a piece for an event. I always try to accommodate to the best of my abilities IF you notify me AT THE TIME YOU ORDER, otherwise I cannot guarantee I can satisfy your order within that timeframe.
Our policy
We do not allow for refunds. Once the items have been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of luxurth so please make sure your address is correct. If an item is returned to sender due to insufficient address you will have to pay a new shipping fee to have it reshipped. I will exchange or remake products in the event that although rare, in shipping they are damaged. This proof must be submitted within 24hours of receiving your package to be valid.
